The site is intended as a database of math problems collected by various sources, mostly from math national competitions around the world, pre-IMO stage, so solving them can be good practice for IMO.
Anyone can use the site but it's targeted mostly to high school students who are looking to practice for IMO competition or national competitions, and their mentors, and math enthusiasts around the world who enjoy problem solving.
The problems will be published on a regular basis (similar to ProjectEuler). Each problem will belong to a category such as "Number theory", "Combinatorics", "Inequalities", "Algebra"... so if you are searching for a particular category to improve your skills, you can filter problems by the category.
Every problem can be solved with pen and paper. The problems are not meant to be solved by writing computer algorithms. That's what differs from ProjectEuler.
The site is a work in progress and more features will be added in the near future such as account creation, sharing insights and solutions, so that anyone can participate.
